Use of spencer is $150 per month. The first 12 months are invoiced annually up-front ($1,800), and then each year thereafter (unless you stop using spencer, of course!).
Note: You are not purchasing spencer, it remains the property of Pack4U. Fees do not include vital sign Bluetooth enabled devices, blood pressure cuff, weight scale, pulse oximeter, blood glucometer, etc., which must be purchased separately. We suggest asking your pharmacy!
A specially trained community pharmacy will speak with you about your medications, and schedule a day to deliver your spencer. If your current pharmacy is not part of our Pack4U program, you are giving consent to transfer your prescriptions to a new pharmacy so that you can get started with spencer.
This Agreement begins when you put your first medication refill into spencer, and automatically renews until you stop using spencer.

We will help with your spencer, and pull in your pharmacy when needed. If your spencer isn’t working, we will get it replaced.
Not a problem. You may stop using spencer (and terminate this Agreement) at any time, just let us know by calling (toll free) 1-866-278-3955 or emailing email@example.com. We will make sure to refund any pre-paid services that were not used. And if you stop paying to use spencer, your understand that you can no longer use spencer and agree for it to be retrieved.
We just ask one thing…that when you’re done with spencer, you leave it in good working condition. You agree to allow us or our pharmacy partner to retrieve it as soon as possible, and understand that you may be billed for the cost to repair or replace if necessary.
Should we wish to cancel these services, we will give you 30 days’ notice.
