Shane is a pharmacist and entrepreneur specializing in innovative patient-care models and the use of technology to improve adherence, patient health outcomes and quality measures. As a pharmacy chain owner / operator he has built and sold some of the most advanced pharmacy networks, including the first central-fill pharmacy in Western Canada. He is the author of centralized filling and checking legislation, founded Paragon Pharmacies, Catalyst, and Pack4U and holds several patents. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.
Rahul is a corporate development, finance and strategy expert based in Silicon Valley. He has 20+ years of experience attracting venture capital funding to launch and grow disruptive, high-tech businesses across diverse markets, including information technology, media and telecommunications. He has raised more than $230 million in capital and completed $1B+ in transactions from investors and corporations to support growing businesses. He holds degrees from Columbia University, the University of California Berkeley and Clemson University.
Jane has extensive experience managing and leading pharmacy teams in national-chain, independent and long-term care pharmacies, and she has also served hospice organizations. Prior to joining Pack4U, she managed medication fulfillment for 40 assisted living facilities and 13 skilled nursing facilities. Jane is a strong advocate for medication accuracy, excellence in patient care, and clear communication with patients and their families to support medication adherence.
Teresa combines excellence in clinical pharmacy practice with progressive management, leadership skills, and industry involvement. She has served for six years on the board of the Canadian Society of Consultant Pharmacists and is a Past President. Teresa has worked and developed strong relationships with a significant portion of the Canadian long-term care market, and has held two senior executive positions with enterprise long-term care service organizations. Teresa has a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa, a BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of British Columbia, a Management Certificate from Seneca College and multiple Certifications from the Ontario Pharmacists Association.
Chelsea is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of operational leadership, project management and strategic-planning experience, working primarily in the Healthcare Technology sector in both Canada and the United States. With a major in Computer Engineering and Minor in Business Administration, Chelsea’s career has focused on business process engineering and optimization with an emphasis on driving and supporting the development of technology to further enhance the client experience.
